Due to the type of product we supply, exchanges and/or returns are not accepted/permitted. To assist you in ordering and to help ensure satisfaction with your order, we welcome any queries you may have about any of the wall decals.

The following scenarios do not constitute a return
Exceptions that may constiture in an exchange or return (Subject to prior authorization):
If you send back your order without prior authorization, it will be denied and you will be held responsible for the courier fees.
The customer will receive credit only when wall decals are defective in some way, related to manufacturing rendering it unusable. If you feel you have received a defective product, you should contact us for authorization within 10 days of receipt of product. You will be asked to return the product in the original container/packaging it was shipped in to the address given or to the store from which you purchased it. Be aware that this does not constitute an agreement of defect, until our return department examines it for defects.
If no defect is found, it will be the sole responsibility of the customer to pay for all shipping costs involved. We will not honor defect returns that do not pass our review criteria, and will not provide a replacement if a product is found usable.
Should the original packaging that the product was shipped in, arrives damaged, inspect the contents immediately. Should you find that the product is subsequently damaged, the shipping company that is responsible for the damage must be contacted as well as Trendy Walls. We will file a claim with the shipping company who handled the package. The shipper will collect the package from the delivered address for review. As a result, we will replace your package with a new one. Only authorized returns will be honored it. Please call +264 062 524014 for authorization.
All international orders ship via an international courier service and will be charged according to their shipping rates. Please call to confirm rates.
Parcel takes 5-10 days to be ready for shipment.
We ONLY accept EFT's or Direct Bank deposits upon order confirmation.
Custom orders are not returnable/refundable.
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. This confirmation will contain the details of the items ordered. We will also send you a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
Occasionally Trendy Walls will offer special promotions. The best way to take advantage of these specials is to join our mailing list. One discount offer can be used per order. Shipping costs remain the same.
